Healer Tune-Up

Working in the healing fields i.e. hospice, nursing, massage therapy, or being a caregiver can create “sticky situations”. In these caregiving roles, the intense experiences, and emotions of those we are helping can get stuck on us, and we become depleted. We feel rundown, burnt out, and restless. I offer an abbreviated session for quick energy shifting to help ease this burden. Depending on your location, I can come to you for this service.

We will:

  • Release depleting energy that may cling to you

  • Create space for your energy to recharge

  • Move through guided meditation to reset and breathe

Little Deaths

Radical life changes such as moving, changing careers, pregnancy and parenthood, or aging can be complicated experiences. While these can be joyful, they can also give way to grief and fear which then opens to guilt and shame. Becoming intentional around honoring those changes can keep them from becoming a “dying thread” in our lives while allowing us to thrive in this transformative experience.

We will:

  • Acknowledge the “little death” through ceremony

  • Intuitively unravel cords of draining relationship

  • Shift the energy from grief and shame to possibility and peace
